How is my item made?

Most of our products are made using a state of the art laser cutter and engraver. We also use a variety of other tools to create the finished product. If your item is painted or stained, we do it by hand.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders typically take 5-8 business days to make.  Shipping varies from 3-8 business days.  All products are made and shipped from Tea, South Dakota.

Can I return/exchange my item?

We do not offer returns or exchanges.  If you have an item that was damaged during the shipping process, please contact us via email and we will get a replacement sent out at no cost to you. Our email address is idetchthat2@gmail.com

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order; however, cancellation fees may be applied.  Cancelation fees will be based on the price of the material and how far we are in creating your order, up to 50% of the purchase price.  Once your order is shipped, your order can't be canceled.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States.

What is the Product Upgrades charge in my cart?

Product upgrades are items that you added to the original product which incurs an additional charge. For example, an easel for our Monogram Round Sign is an additional $5.  If you choose to add an easel, the Product Upgrades is where you will see that $5 added to the cost your order.

What is SHOP PAY?

Shop Pay is an online checkout service offered by Shopify. It allows customers to store credit card, email, shipping and billing information and then use it to autofill checkout fields on return visits to a website. Customer payment information is encrypted, securely stored and only available to stores when an order is placed.
